1. About Wesley

Wesley is a desktop publishing assistant for creators who want to review and send original video content to their own authorized TikTok profiles. These Terms govern your use of the Wesley application and website.

2. Eligibility and account authority

You must be legally able to use TikTok and have authority to operate every TikTok account you connect. You may not use Wesley to impersonate another person, access an account without permission, or bypass TikTok security controls.

3. Creator responsibility

You remain responsible for every video, caption, hashtag, privacy choice, commercial disclosure, AI-generated content disclosure, and interaction setting you submit. You must review the exact post and give explicit consent before Wesley transmits a video to TikTok.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Wesley to upload illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, spam, or unauthorized content; automate bulk posting; evade platform limits; scrape personal data; or interfere with TikTok or any other service. You must follow TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and developer policies.

5. Third-party services

TikTok is an independent third-party service. TikTok controls authorization, moderation, availability, privacy options, API limits, and publication results. Wesley cannot guarantee that TikTok will accept, publish, keep public, or distribute any content.

6. Security and credentials

You must keep your TikTok and developer credentials secure. Do not share Client Secrets, access tokens, refresh tokens, passwords, or verification codes with unauthorized parties. Disconnect the application promptly if you suspect misuse.

7. Availability and changes

Wesley may change or stop features to maintain security, comply with law, or respond to TikTok API changes. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

Wesley is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for TikTok outages, moderation decisions, account actions, lost reach, lost revenue, or indirect damages arising from platform use.

9. Termination

You may stop using Wesley at any time and revoke its TikTok permissions. We may restrict use when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address violations of these Terms.
